We welcome your pets, however, there is an additional monthly rental charge of $25 per animal and an upfront fee animal fee of $250. We do not charge an additional deposit. We are not able to accept certain breeds of dogs. Animals over 40lbs must be kept outside in a fenced area or kennel. If you have questions please call our office before applying.
